Predictive studies, simulation and reception measurements
Acoustics is one of the first sources of dispute at handover. ARKEMEP conducts building acoustics engineering across all project phases: predictive studies against the French NRA regulation (airborne and impact insulation, equipment noise, reverberation), 3D propagation simulation, all-trades prescriptions, room acoustics, and heat-pump / equipment noise. Reception measurements are carried out by ARKENOR.

Predictive NRA studies
Airborne insulation (DnT,A), impact noise (L'nT,w), façade insulation and equipment noise against regulatory thresholds.
Simulation & prescriptions
3D propagation modelling and all-trades acoustic prescriptions at design stage — glazing, partitions, floating floors, screens.
Equipment & heat-pump noise
Neighbour-noise emergence for heat pumps and technical equipment, with propagation calculation and mitigation design.
