Scope
The typologies of operations we support.
The NORMAXIS group works mainly on six typologies of real-estate and urban-development operations, balanced between new build and renovation:
- Collective and grouped individual housing — social housing landlords, residential developers, owner-occupied developments. Typical missions: ARKEMEP (RE2020, acoustics, MEP), ARKENOR (NF Habitat HQE or BEE+ consulting, ecological surveys if sensitive area), IRICE if targeting Effinature.
- Tertiary — offices, retail, hospitality. Missions: ARKEMEP (RE2020, dynamic thermal simulation, French Tertiary Decree), ARKENOR (HQE BD or BREEAM consulting, sometimes both).
- Schools and education facilities — public authorities, contracted private schools. Public-procurement contracts with BDM / BDO requirements, timber construction, E+C− label.
- Public facilities and healthcare — nursing homes, sports complexes, aquatic centres, cultural facilities. High acoustic and thermal stakes, full chain from upstream framing to delivery.
- Listed monuments and heritage — renovation of protected heritage, full design-and-supervision, coordination with the French Architects of Historic Buildings (ABF).
- Urban development — eco-districts, ZACs, landscaping, renaturation. ARKENOR ecological expertise (surveys, ERC, Natura 2000), environmental consulting, IRICE biodiversity certification at delivery.
